New Blank : New hardware comes in blank (plain) packaging.

Remanufactured : The product has been reassembled using refurbished or new parts. The product shows no or minimal signs of wear, scratches or cosmetic defects and looks like new.

Refurbished - As good as new : The product shows no or minimal signs of wear, scratches or cosmetic defects and looks like new.

Refurbished - A-Grade : The product may show a few minor cosmetic defects, such as light scratches, but these do not affect the overall functionality.

Refurbished - B-Grade : The product may show some visible signs of wear such as scratches, dents or discolouration, but these do not affect the overall functionality.

Refurbished - C-Grade : The product may show significant signs of wear, scratches, dents or other cosmetic defects, which affect the appearance of the product. However, these do not affect the overall functionality.

New products : New hardware comes with the full manufacturer's warranty (usually 2 years). We handle the process for you — no need to contact the manufacturer yourself.

Refurbished products : IBO Computers provides a minimum 2-year warranty on all refurbished hardware. Every product is fully tested in our own workshop before shipping.

In-house technical service : Warranty repairs are carried out by our own team in Amersfoort, down to component level. No waiting times at external service centres.

Not covered by the warranty : Damage caused by drops, moisture or improper use, and normal wear and tear (such as gradual battery capacity loss).

Right of return : As a consumer, you also have a 14-day right of return after receiving your order.

In stock : Ordered before 5 pm on working days = shipped the same day with PostNL. You will usually receive your order the next working day.

Delivery time 2–3 working days : If a product shows this, it ships from our supplier's stock or is first being tested in our workshop.
