Opslag en datarecovery
Two complaints that come together more often than you would think: a drive that gives up, and a device that has become slow. We recover your files from a failing drive and fit an SSD that improves your whole working day.
How you notice it
A dying drive gives signals. Windows hanging at startup, folders that are suddenly empty, files that will not open, or a clicking noise from a classic hard disk. With an SSD it often happens without warning: it is simply gone.
Leave it alone if that happens. Every time you start a dying drive, more can be lost. Switch the device off and bring it in; that improves the chance we get everything back.
What we do
- Securing files from a drive that no longer starts
- Recovering accidentally deleted or formatted files
- Replacing an HDD with an SSD, including moving Windows and your files
- Expanding storage with a second drive or a larger SSD
- Checking drives for early wear (SMART)
What we do not do
Severe physical damage — a dropped drive where the head has touched the platter — needs a clean room. We do not do that ourselves. We say so honestly and refer you to a specialised lab, instead of trying and reducing the chance of recovery.
What it costs and how long it takes
For data recovery we start with a diagnosis: what can still be saved and what it costs. An SSD upgrade is usually a one-day job, including migrating your existing installation. We never format anything without your explicit permission.
