How we work

We examine your device and let you know within 3 working days what is broken, what it costs and how long it will take.

Repairs up to €100 are carried out straight away. Your device is not left waiting for an approval. If the repair comes to more than €100, we call you first and you decide.

Have the repair done by us and the diagnosis is free. If we cannot repair your device, you pay nothing either.

Only want our written diagnostic report, for instance to submit to your insurer? That costs €30. The amount is waived if you still have the repair done by us.
