Drop off or ship?

How shipping costs work

Sending it to us is free: you will receive a shipping label by e-mail.
If we carry out the repair, the return shipment is free as well.
If the repair does not go ahead - because we cannot repair your device, or because you do not agree with the price - you only pay for the return shipment: 10.00 euros, insured and with track and trace. Picking it up in Amersfoort is free.
